The Springfield Cardinals made a pair of bullpen moves Tuesday. The club assigned Francisco Samuel from High-A Palm Beach to Double-A Springfield and placed reliever Chuckie Fick on the 7-day disabled list retroactive to Monday with an undisclosed injury.
