Amary Cazana drove in Donovan Solanin the eighth inning to give the Redbirds a 6-5 victory over the New Orleans Zephyrs to open their Spring Training schedule. Solano led off the inning with a single before Cazana sent him around the bases with a go-ahead triple. The Redbirds amassed 12 hits as Solano led the way with two hits and two RBI. Daniel Descalso and Tyler Henley also recorded multi-hit games.
