It was Jamie Moyer's third straight appearance in a "B" game, but it was different from the first two in a couple of ways: First, instead of the minor leaguers he had faced in the first two games, he pitched against a line-up that featured seven Blue Jays regulars, including Lyle Overbay and Jose Bautista. Second, instead of holding Toronto scoreless, he allowed five runs on eight hits in three innings.
