At first it was a shock. Then it was confusing. A little optimism after that. Now, it's fear.
Fear that Brendan Ryan will, quite possibly, miss some time in the regular season because of this recent wrist surgery. The team is still saying they believe he should be good for Opening Day...but there is always that chance his rehab will go longer than expected.
