Brewers Will Continue To Monitor Mark Mulder

I just spoke on the telephone with Brewers GM Doug Melvin, who is finishing up a week of organizational meetings in Phoenix.

I asked Melvin about meeting Thursday with left-hander Mark Mulder, who is looking to make a comeback after missing most of the last three seasons with rotator cuff injuries. Melvin said the meeting went well but Mulder is not yet ready to throw off a mound, so the team will continue to monitor the situation.
