Scott Bittle: Another Cardinals 4th-Round Gamble
In two of the last three years, the St. Louis Cardinals have made risky fourth-round draft picks. Unlike in 2007, this year’s selection, pitcher Scott Bittle, was signed despite ongoing health concerns.
