Rasmus headlined this list last winter as well before some offensive struggles, a left knee injury and the emergence of three other Cardinals outfielders kept him confined to Triple-A Memphis. Now 22, Rasmus still has all the tools to develop into an elite offensive and defensive outfielder, the type his production hinted at when he swatted 29 home runs as a 20-year-old at Double-A Springfield. He simply needs an opportunity, and a strong camp should convince the Cards to make room for him on the roster -- from there, it's up to him to produce
