Adam Wainwright Has Splint Removed, Brad Thompson Returns, Cesar Izturis Nears Return
The sprained middle finger on Adam Wainwright's right hand no longer requires the support of a splint, and the St. Louis Cardinals' right-hander expects good news next Monday after another MRI exam.
