The game of the night took place in North Little Rock, as it took extra innings to decide the Texas League North first half champion with Springfield and Arkansas battling until the end. Two short season teams made their 2008 debut to mixed results and three games went to extra frames. Jess Todd tosses seven solid innings and Daryl Jones has a big night at the plate.
