Jeff Luhnow: The former Wharton Business School grad and Ivy Leaguer embarks on his fifth season in the Cardinals organization. He oversees the minor league system, the scouting department and Latin America operations. He'll be on the front burner in early June, when baseball stages its annual amateur draft. Luhnow took over the Cardinals' draft in 2005, and his minor league success stories include Colby Rasmus, Bryan Anderson and Chris Perez.
