Bill Harter joins the Redbirds front office alongside Dave Chase, who becomes the President/Baseball Operations. Harter joins the ‘Birds from Direct General Corporation where he has served as the Senior Vice President – Corporate Development since 2003. He was previously the Senior Vice-President – Products and Development for the company.
