Tony LaRussa & Ray King Bury Hatchet For Time Being

Former Cardinals reliever Ray King, who pitched an inning with Washington on Monday, and Tony La Russa had a peaceful, 10-minute meeting on the field before the game. Last September, when King was with the Brewers, and the Cardinals and Brewers engaged in a brushback session, King reportedly told Brewers manager Ned Yost that the Cardinals had a sign for their pitcher hitting a batter intentionally. Yost reportedly had gone back to the videotape and seen that sign just before Brewers star Prince Fielder was hit by a pitch.
