Beale Street officials are trying to bring the "Wizard of Oz" to the world famous artery.
Officials with Performa Entertainment Real Estate are talking with former St. Louis Cardinals great Ozzie Smith about opening an Ozzie's Restaurant and Sports Bar on Beale.
