Astros Sign Dominican Shortstop Wilson Amador
Dominican shortstop Wilson Amador, the No. 24 international prospect for July 2, has signed for $400,000. Amador had originally agreed to an $875,000 deal with the Astros, but his bonus ended up being reduced after a physical revealed an elbow injury.

The 2013 is an interesting year for international baseball. Major League intend to establish an international draft to select foreign players so far have been hired as free agents.
