The St. Louis Cardinals have announced that tonight’s 7:15 PM game against the Cincinnati Reds has been postponed due to the forecasted severe weather conditions. The two teams will make up the postponed game on Sunday, September 1, as part of a day/night split double header.

Series Preview: Pirates @ Cardinals August 28-30, 2018
These are two teams going in opposite directions. Since winning 11 in a row, the Pirates are 11-18, including 3-10 in the past couple of weeks. The Cardinals, who were jousting with the Pirates for wild-card position when the teams met earlier this month in Pittsburgh, now are nine games ahead of them on the strength of a 19-5 August.
