Miles Mikolas To Start Sunday, Be Taken Off All-Star Roster; Matt Carpenter Didn't Want To Lobby; Dexter Fowler Earns Another Start; Dakota Hudson Starts Triple-A All-Star Game
The Cardinals officially announced 10-game winner Miles Mikolas as their pitcher Sunday against the Cincinnati Reds at Busch Stadium. The game will be the Cardinals’ final one before the All-Star break and that means that officially, Mikolas won’t be on the active roster for the National League All-Star team.

Workload Catches Up To Trevor Rosenthal In Loss
Two days before the 2015 All-Star Game, National League selection and Cardinals closer Trevor Rosenthal was staring at yet another save opportunity. As reliable as they come, Rosenthal had 18 consecutive saves in as many opportunities entering Sunday night, and he had a chance to go to Cincinnati with 19.
