It Will Be Christmas Cardinals Again On FOX Sports Midwest

A Cardinals Christmas marathon has become a tradition at Fox Sports Midwest, and on Wednesday it is set to show condensed versions of five key Redbirds games from last season. It will be the ninth consecutive year of FSM’s holiday Birds Bash.

Dexter Fowler's Exit Velocity Tops Charts; Tyler O'Neill Mans Center; Jack Flaherty Looks Back; Extra Bases

In a game that saw Paul Goldschmidt scald five baseballs at an exit velocity of 104 mph or faster and send three of them for home runs, the swiftest exit velocity of the evening Friday belonged to none of them. Instead it was a single, roped to right at 111.1 mph, by Dexter Fowler.
