MLB Europe's All-Stars Compete In St. Petersburg/No-Hitter Vs. Puerto Rico

A European All-Star team full of prospects is currently competing in a Spring Training tournament in Florida alongside teams from all over the world. MLB Europe assembled the team (see roster below), which is coached by Andy Berglund, Martijn Nijhoff and Bill Holmberg among others. Nine different countries are represented.

Rays To Sign 18-Year Croatian Antonio Horvatic

A Croatian news website reports that the Tampa Bay Rays are going to sign 18-year-old Croatian prospect Antonio Horvatic. He will sign the minor league contract in early December and is going to start his professional career next spring.
