Since Cardinals manager Mike Shildt turned Wednesday's pregame meeting with reporters into an impromptu "State of the Cardinals" speech, his words have been dissected, debated and discussed everywhere from Busch Stadium to your favorite drinking hole.

    Look mike is not managing thes games to clinch the division
    Last night up 6-2 he should have taken Waino out
