The St. Louis Cardinals announced prior to tonight’s game, that they have activated right-handed pitcher Adam Wainwright (left hamstring strain) from the 10-day Injured List and optioned right-handed pitcher Daniel Ponce de Leon to Memphis (AAA). The team also announced that infielder Yairo Muñoz has been removed from the Paternity List and placed on the Restricted List due to travel delays in his return to St. Louis.
