Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 5-30-19: Richy Pedroza Singles Twice, Walks, & Drives In One Run; Kevin Medrano Doubles & Knocks In One Run; Rainel Rosario Collects One Single, One Walk, & One RBI



Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted second.  2-for-4 with one RBI, one run, one walk, and assisted in one double play.

Kevin Medrano (former 2011 draft selection-Mexico) entered late in the game in left field and moved to second base, batting eighth.  1-for-2 with one double, one RBI, one run, and one strikeout.

Aguascalientes beat Mexico 8-7 in 10 innings

Pedro Rodriguez (former MiLB signing-Oaxaca) entered in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed two hits, no runs, one walk, and struck one out for the save (6).  (p-s:17-11)(g/f:2-0)

Oaxaca beat Campeche 8-5

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  1-for-3 with one run and one intentional walk.

Alex Mejia (former St. Louis-Monclova) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  0-for-4 and assisted in two double plays.

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in centerfield and batted fourth.  1-for-4 with one RBI, one run, one walk, and one strikeout.

Dos Laredos beat Saltillo 10-7
