The two-time defending Governors' Cup champion Durham Bulls, in conjunction with the Tampa Bay Rays, have announced the team's preliminary Opening Day roster for the 2019 season. New manager Brady Williams will pilot a roster comprised of 16 players who appeared for the Bulls in the regular season or postseason in 2018.
