Pitcher Rich Hill said he will travel with the team to Denver, where he’ll try throwing without medical tape on his left middle finger for the first time since going on the disabled list May 20. The blister on his fingertip has since formed a bulbous callous. Whether Hill throws off a mound or is limited to long toss will be up to the Dodgers’ training staff.
