Justin Upton launched his fourth home run in as many games and Tyler Skaggs fired six strong innings, but it wasn't enough to overcome an implosion by the Angels' bullpen, which gave up three runs in the top of the ninth to allow the Twins to emerge with a 5-4 win Friday night at Angel Stadium.
