Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 5-2-18: Cedric Hunter Singles Twice & Drives In Two Runs; Niko Vasquez Doubles & Knocks In One Run; Ivan Bellazetin Collects Two Singles & One RBI



Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in right field and batted fifth.  2-for-4 with two RBIs, one run, and one stolen base.
Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Leon) started at second base and batted sixth.  1-for-4 with one double, one two-out RBI, one strikeout, and assisted in two double plays.

Leon beat Tabasco 6-4

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted second.  0-for-3 at the plate.

Monclova beat Aguascalientes 12-0

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Dos Laredos) started at second base and batted ninth.  2-for-5 with one RBI, two runs, and two strikeouts.

Dos Laredos beat Durango 14-7

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted fourth.  0-for-4 at the plate.  0-for-4 at the plate.
Raul Valdes (former St. Louis-Saltillo) started and pitched seven innings.  He allowed three hits, no runs, one walk, and struck seven out for the winning decision (5-1).  (p-s:82-58)(g/f:6-7)

Saltillo beat Laguna 11-7
