Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 5-15-18: Rainel Rosario Hits A Two-Run Homer; Cedric Hunter Singles Twice & Drives In One Run; Yefri Perez Singles Twice

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Dos Laredos) started at second base and batted second.  1-for-2 with one run, one walk, and one sacrifice.

Durango beat Dos Laredos 6-5

Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in right field and batted fifth.  2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Leon) started at second base and batted sixth.  0-for-2 with one sacrifice and one strikeout.

Puebla beat Leon 8-2

Yefri Perez (former MiLB signing-Monclova) started in centerfield and batted leadoff.  2-for-5 with one run and two strikeouts.
Jerome Williams (former St. Louis-Monclova) started and pitched 5.1 innings.  He allowed eight hits, five runs (four earned), two home runs, and struck one out for the losing decision (1-1).  (p-s:67-48)(g/f:9-2)

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted seventh.  1-for-4 with one home run, two RBIs, one run, and one strikeout.

Saltillo beat Monclova 7-4

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  1-for-2 with one walk and one strikeout.

Tijuana beat Aguascalientes 12-1
