Unipol Bologna has won the 2018 Coppa Italia. The league-cup style tournament was played in advance of the 2018 season in the Italian Serie A1 (formerly known as Italian Baseball League). At the Final Four, played at Gianni Falchi Stadium in Bologna, Fortitudo defeated Citta di Nettuno 13-4 in the final. Osman Marval led Bologna with a home run and five RBI. Lerys Aguilera went deep for Nettuno, which didn’t score until the bottom of the eighth.
