Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted fifth.  0-for-3 with one strikeout.
Raul Valdes (former St. Louis-Saltillo) started and pitched and pitched seven innings.  He allowed three hits, no runs, and struck six out for the winning decision (4-1).  (p-s:93-58)(g/f:6-6)

batted leadoff.  1-for-7 with one double and one strikeout.

Monclova beat Dos Laredos 4-3 in 13 innings

Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in right field and batted fifth.  1-for-3 with one RBI and one run.
Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Leon) started at second base and batted sixth.  2-for-3 with one home run, three RBIs, one run, and one strikeout.

Leon beat Tabasco 6-2

Pedro Rodriguez (former MiLB signing-Campeche) entered in the in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed three hits, three earned runs, one walk, hit one batter, and struck two out for the blown save (3) and losing decision (1-1).  (p-s:28-15)(g/f:0-1)

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Oaxaca) started at first base and batted sixth.  0-for-4 with one strikeout.

Oaxaca beat Yucatan 3-2

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) entered late in the game as a pinch hitter and batted eighth.  0-for-1 at the plate.
Maikel Cleto (former St. Louis-Laguna) entered in the eighth and pitched 1.1 innings.  He allowed no hits or runs, two walks, threw one wild pitch, and struck two out for the save (7).  (p-s:27-14)(g/f:1-0)(ir-s:2-1)
