Former St. Louis Cardinals starter Lance Lynn has signed a 1-year $12 million contract with the Minnesota Twins – that's about $5 million less than the qualifying offer St. Louis made to Lynn after the 2017 season. Lynn bet on himself back in November and he's doing it again, hoping to pitch well this season and earn a larger, longer contract next offseason.
