Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in centerfield and batted fifth.  2-for-5 with one double, three runs, one walk, and one strikeout.
Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Leon) started at second base and batted sixth.  3-for-6 with one double, one home run, six RBIs (five w/two-outs), two runs, one strikeout, and one fielding error.

Daric Barton (former Peoria-Puebla) started at first base and batted third.  1-for-3 with one double, one RBI, three walks, and assisted in one double play.

Leon beat Puebla 16-11

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Oaxaca) started at first base and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with one double and assisted in one double play.

Oaxaca beat Mexico 6-5 in 10 innings

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted fourth.  2-for-4 with one double, one RBI, and two runs.

Saltillo beat Dos Laredos 6-2

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) entered late in the game as a pinch hitter and batted ninth.  0-for-1 at the plate.

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  1-for-3 with one run, one stolen base, and one strikeout.

Aguascalientes beat Laguna 6-2
