When manager Mike Matheny was outlining the batting order probabilities for his top four hitters Monday, he spoke of Dexter Fowler hitting first, Matt Carpenter third and Marcell Ozuna fourth, where he had batted most often for the Miami Marlins last year. That leaves Tommy Pham hitting second, which he did much of last season for the Cardinas.
