The Cardinals have reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with former Angels/Dodgers/Braves/Padres/Orioles/Astros pitcher, Bud Norris. Norris spent much of 2017 as the Halos’ closer, logging 19 saves and a 4.21 ERA.
