Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 5-2-17: Rainel Rosario Singles, Walks, & Drives In One Run; Luis Garcia Singles & Scores Twice



Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Campeche) entered late in the game as a pinch hitter and batted ninth.  One walk at the plate.

Campeche beat Leon 11-8

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Mexico) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  2-for-5 with two runs.

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted third.  1-for-4 with one RBI, one walk, and one missed catch error.

Mexico beat Saltillo 15-8

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted second.  0-for-5 with two strikeouts and assisted in one double play.

Tijuana beat Aguascalientes 11-6

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Tabasco) started at shortstop and batted second.  0-for-3 with one run and one walk.

Puebla beat Tabasco 6-2
