Lefthander Tyler Lyons, in his second Grapefruit League outing as he rehabs from off-season knee surgery, worked two scoreless innings in the Cardinals' 3-2 win over Houston on Monday night. He got some help from third baseman Greg Garcia, who took a hit away.
