From the holdovers on this year’s Hall of Fame ballot, first baseman Jeff Bagwell, outfielder Tim Raines and closer Trevor Hoffman all would seem to have good chances to be voted in next year, each having had at least 67 percent of the vote this year, with 75 percent needed.
