The Cardinals on Friday night will go with the same position-player lineup they employed in beating Pittsburgh on Thursday. Third baseman Jhonny Peralta, nursing a left thumb injury suffered when he swung at a changeup on Tuesday, again will be out even though he is a .385 (five for 13) hitter against Milwaukee starter Jimmy Nelson.
