The St. Louis Cardinals & Relevent Sports, a division of RSE Ventures, announced a special joint effort to help raise money for Officer Michael Flamion of the Ballwin Police Department who suffered permanent injuries that have left him paralyzed after being shot from behind as he conducted a traffic stop on July 8th.
