Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Tabasco) started at second base and batted leadoff.  0-for-5 with one strikeout and assisted in two double plays.

Monterrey beat Tabasco 3-2 in 11 innings

Daric Barton (former Peoria-Puebla) started at first base and batted fifth.  1-for-4 with one home run, one two-out RBI, two runs, one intentional walk, one strikeout, and assisted in one double play.

Puebla beat Monclova 10-3

Jose Martinez (former Springfield-Veracruz) started at second base and batted fifth.  1-for-5 with one run and grounded into one double play.

Ivan Maldonado (former MiLB tryout-Reynosa) started and pitched 5.1 innings.  He allowed seven hits, six runs (two earned), two home runs, three walks, committed one throwing error, and struck one out for the losing decision (1-6).  (p-s:90-54)(g/f:7-4)

Veracruz beat Reynosa 9-7

Eliezer Alfonzo (former Peoria-Mexico) started as designated hitter and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with two strikeouts.

Mexico beat Carmen 4-0

Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Laguna) started at shortstop and batted eighth.  2-for-3 with one walk and grounded into one double play.
Maikel Cleto (former St. Louis-Laguna) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed one hit, no runs, one walk, and struck one out.  (p-s:17-10)(g/f:1-0)

Oaxaca beat Laguna 3-2

Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at first base and moved to catcher, batting eighth.  2-for-4 with one double, one run, and allowed one stolen base.

Quintana Roo beat Saltillo 6-2

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and bated leadoff.  1-for-4 with one double, one two-out RBI, and assisted in two double plays.

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  2-for-3 with one RBI, one run, and one walk.

Yucatan beat Aguascalientes 7-3
