Wingate University All-American outfielder Shane Billings (Kernersville, N.C.) has been drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 13th round of the 2016 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft, officials announced Saturday afternoon. Billings was the 406th overall pick.
