After an evening spent packing up his Florida home, Adam Wainwright will report to the Cardinals' spring complex for one final morning on Wednesday. There, he'll grab his iPad, cue up video and start prepping for the Pirates.

Righthander Adam Wainwright, making his last start of the spring, officially didn’t make that start Tuesday. The exhibition game here was called because of threatening weather in the fourth inning with Washington just having taken a 1-0 lead and Wainwright already having thrown an uncommonly high total of 73 pitches.
