After missing last year’s spring training because of various ailments, including losing four units of blood, Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst, who turned 93 on Feb. 2, has reported to camp again. His first Cardinals spring training was in 1945 and he hadn’t missed a subsequent camp with any big-league team until last year.
