Cape Cod League:

Gio Brusa (former 2015 draft selection-Pacific-Yarmouth-Dennis) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  2-for-5 with two doubles, three RBIs, one run, and one strikeout.

Yarmouth-Dennis beat Wareham 9-1


Coastal Plain League:

Justin Bellinger (former 2014 draft selection-Duke-Asheboro) started at first base and batted seventh.  0-for-1 with one run, one hit by pitch, and one strikeout.

Florence beat Asheboro 6-4

Dom Thompson-Williams (former 2014 draft selection-South Carolina-Peninsula) started in left field and batted fourth.  1-for-4 with one double, one run, one walk, one stolen base, and committed one error.

Edenton beat Peninsula 8-6


Prospect League:

A.J. Kruzel (former 2013 draft selection-Henderson St-Quincy) started at second base and batted ninth.  0-for-2 with one strikeout and assisted in one double play.

Quincy beat Kokomo 5-0


West Coast League:

Cadyn Grenier (former 2015 draft selection-Oregon St-Bend) started at shortstop and batted leadoff.  1-for-4 with one strikeout.

Bellingham beat Bend 4-3 in game one of doubleheader
