Kevin Siegrist's Progress Earns Setup Role; Kansas City Revival; Kids Are Alright; Mitch Harris Hits; Springfield Sweep Weekly Awards

Each game day, Cardinals lefty Kevin Siegrist dutifully goes through a regimen of workouts and treatment meant to alleviate and prevent the entrapment of nerves that caused him such problems throughout 2014. He knows the name of the routine — “nerve flossing” — but not how it works because his concern is how he feels.
