Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 4-28-15: Ivan Maldonado Strikes Out Two & Allowed Two Runs Over SIx Innings For The Win; Luis Garcia Doubles & Walks; Hugo Castellanos Strikes Out Only Batted Faced & Holds One Inherited Runner On Base

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  1-for-3 with one double, one walk, and one strikeout.

Oaxaca beat Yucatan 14-3

Justin Christian (former Memphis-Quintana Roo) started in centerfield and batted leadoff.  0-for-4 with one run and one stolen base.
Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at catcher and batted eighth.  0-for-1 and allowed one stolen base.
Ivan Maldonando (former MiLB tryout-Quintana Roo) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed five hits, two earned runs, one home run, four walks, threw one wild pitch, and struck two out for the winning decision (2-1).  (p-s:88-49)(g/f:9-2)

Hugo Castellanos (former Memphis-Puebla) entered in the ninth and pitched to one batter.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck one out.  (p-s:15-11)(ir-s:1-0)

Quintana Roo beat Puebla 4-2

Victor Marte (former St. Louis-Veracruz) entered in the ninth and pitched to one batter.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck one out for the hold (1).  (p-s:8-5)

Veracruz beat Campache 5-3

Randy Ruiz (former MiLB signing-Reynosa) stated at first base and batted sixth.  0-for-4 with one ground into double play and assisted in two double plays.

Reynosa beat Saltillo 6-2

Ivan Bellazetin (former MilB tryout-Tabasco) entered late in the game at shortstop and batted sixth.  0-for-1 at the plate.

Cuidad de Carmen beat Tabasco 3-2 in 10 innings
