Matt Adams returns to first base and the No. 4 spot in the Cardinals lineup tonight after getting the day off Thursday. In his place, Mark Reynolds went 2 for 4 and drove in his first run of the season.

The Cardinals kick off another division series Friday, as Cincinnati comes to town after losing the series in the Queen City. St. Louis has played all divisional games so far, and five of the first six series on the schedule feature NL Central foes.
