Nobody really expected Cardinals lefthanded reliever Kevin Siegrist to duplicate his 0.45 earned-run average and one home run allowed in 45 games of his rookie season in 2013. But, due to a persistent left forearm strain and other injuries, Siegrist didn't even come close in 2014, compiling a 1-4 mark and 6.82 ERA with five home runs allowed.
