Almost as soon as the Cardinals left town Wednesday night after playing in the final game of the 100th anniversary season at Wrigley Field, the Cubs and their ownership intended to begin renovations that will alter the iconic look of the historic ballpark by the time the Cardinals return for opening day 2015.
