Pirates Sign International Free Agent Domingo Robles
The Pirates have signed 16-year-old Dominican lefthander Domingo Robles for $175,000. He’s 6-foot-2, 170 pounds with good arm action and strength projection to add velocity to his fastball, which tops out at 87 mph.
