Last week during Star Wars Night at Busch Stadium, the area around the downtown field and paths streaming through Ballpark Village were awash in fans, as usual. Some gathered to watch a World Cup semifinal on the outdoor screen. There were fans dressed as Jedi, several stormtroopers, a woman sporting a Darth Vader-inspired summer dress, and at least one Wookiee.
