If the tendinitis in his right elbow keeps Adam Wainwright from making his next start, it will not be Joe Kelly being activated from the disabled list to take his place. The St. Louis Cardinals right-hander is still early in his throwing program to comeback from the hamstring injury which has sidelined him since April 17th.
